The Origin
GallantTrained didn't start as a brand. It started as a standard — a personal code built in the gym when nobody was watching. Founder Tarun Dhingra understood early on that the gym wasn't just a place to train the body. It was a space to sharpen the mind, build discipline, and develop the kind of resilience that carries into every other area of life.
