It's been some time since my last post. I would like to wish all of you a very Happy New Year and Success. For my first 2023 blog, I wanted to write on a childhood learning that many might have experienced in their own way. A learning from your elders. Words seems weird sometimes because we can not relate to what they are saying at the point of time, but, they do come in handy as we bloom.
Growing up, I remember my mom telling me that I should only do good things and in return, God will bless me with good points and a ticket to heaven. A couple years after, the phrase had changed and now my mom would tell me that if I treat my elders with respect, I will get all the wealth I desire for. Now that I am 25, All my mom has to say is follow what your heart say and in return you will get Happiness. Reflecting on all these phases of my life, One thing has stayed constant. The passion of the giver and desire of the receiver. I would ask my mom sometimes, if good points were all we needed to enter the heaven? If respect equaled wealth? She would always say," That is how this world works". Little did I know, those were the words of wisdom.
The answer to this is derived from our actions. The only reason I believe it is because I have been on both sides of the street. The Good and the Bad. Both come with Benefits and Doubts. I am not going to force my idea of being on the good side always. Although. it's the benefits from both that might help you. Everything we do in this life, is for a purpose. If not God's, yours. So today, when you decide to do something for yourself, it is what you wanted to do, what you wanted to be. Use powers around you in the most fruitful way you can and success should be yours.
All I want to say, is to live your life to the fullest.
