Enjoy my Gallant Gardens diet plan. This has some major meals and gives you room to add additional items that work well with your body. This is a complete diet full of essential nutrients. It has only Vegetarian options to choose from. With the wide variety of meals, keep on shuffling and try new items. I hope this template helps you with your Dietary plans. Everything being said, diet is only a part of healthy life. Workout is important as well. So, exercise is must. Furthermore, My personalized time means a little more cost. Here are some things that I recommend you to change in your daily routine -

  • Sugar Control - Controlling the amount of sugar consumption is the toughest thing for any beginner. I personally feel that it is not an easy task to stay away from chocolates. But we do not have to. As per studies, we only need to consume 24 grams of sugar in a day. To maintain your weight, make sure that you are consuming this 24g in the smartest way. I love eating dates, chocolate, fruits and many other sugar filled stuff. So, make sure you are looking at the calorie count and only consume what's required.

  • Water - Drink at least 3.4L of water everyday. Drinking 3 liters (100 ounces) of water per day may aid bowel regularity, prevent kidney stones, alleviate headaches, improve mood, and strengthen physical performance.

  • Sleeping Habit - Improve your sleeping habits and take at least 8-9 hours of sleep everyday.

  • Exercise - Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Adults who sit less and do any amount of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity gain some health benefits.

  • Weigh Yourself Every Week - To keep your weight from creeping up on you, set a weekly maintenance or loss goal for yourself, write it down and check yourself against that goal. Weigh yourself each week on the same day and at the same time – and wearing the same amount of clothing for consistency. It’s important to be mindful of clothes fitting and scale measure.
